Ruth Ann joined WHT&S in 1975 upon graduation from Petersburg High School. She has spent her entire insurance career specializing in Personal Lines as an Account Manager. She earned her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation in 1999. When Ruth Ann’s not working, she loves to go walking in the park with her dog and enjoy family gatherings.
